Here at Welcome Hall we have a number of meeting rooms available for hire along with dedicated office space for organisations to hire.

ROOMS 1, 3, 4 AND 5, ALONG WITH THE BASEMENT TRAINING SPACE, ARE PRICED AT £40 PER 4 HOUR SESSION OR £12.50 PER HOUR FOR PART SESSIONS, WHILE THE MAIN HALL IS PRICED HOURLY AT £25 PER HOUR, NEGOTIABLE FOR ALL DAY SESSIONS.

Room 1:

Room 1 is situated on the ground floor close to facilities for people with disabilities and can accommodate up to 16 people.

Room 5: 

Room 5 is situated on the first floor and is accessible via stairs and a lift. This room can accommodate up to 26 people.

Rooms 3 & 4:

Rooms 3 and 4 are both situated on the first floor and are accessible via stairs and a lift. Room 3 can accommodate up to 10 people and Room 4 up to 14 people. Both are also available as office space.

All rooms are set up as board rooms but can be altered to suit your needs.

Main Hall:

The Main Hall can accommodate up to 120 people seated theatre style and boasts its own stage with lighting, along with a servery area. There is a sound system available and a facility for microphone use. The Main Hall can be set out in any style to suit your needs.


Basement training space:

The Basement training space is accessible via stairs or a lift and has its own rest area with a servery. The room can accommodate up to 30 people and be set out to suit your needs. White boards are wall-mounted around the L shaped room.

Office Hot Desk:

A fully equipped Office Hot Desk is available in the main reception at a cost of £10 for 1 hour. If more than 1 hour is required, the cost is negotiable.  The Hot Desk includes use of a computer/printer, photocopier and telephone. Paper is provided at an extra cost depending on how much is required. Refreshments can also be provided, at no extra cost.
